What do the NBI®scores mean?

Brain Profiling

Scoring

The scores reflected on the 4-quadrant profile are not percentages.
The total score of the 4 quadrants add up to 300.

A high score (above 80) indicates a high thinking preference and a low score (below 64) indicates a low thinking preference.

An average score (65 -79) is an indication that you are comfortable operating in a particular quadrant and can do so capably but you might not wish to operate in that quadrant all the time as it is not what you are passionate about.

Although a lack of preference in a certain field does not impair your competence, it will not generate the same level of passion and motivation.

It is important to remember at all times that the NBI®profile measures thinking preferences, not ability.
